Tools and places to talk
Our Community area lists resources such as Prompt Architect, Character Builder and Chat Toolkit. Read a tool's description and permissions before giving it access to browser or account information.
Discord is the place for community discussion and private support tickets. Reddit provides another public discussion space; it is not a substitute for a private billing request.
Love Island is a separate beta experience
Love Island has its own Play and conversion area. It uses in-game LOVE rather than treating that token as the ordinary companion-service balance.
Review the current beta conditions before converting credits. LOVE is described as an in-game token with no intrinsic value.
Publishing a character and earning commission are different
Before sharing a companion, review visibility, greeting media and public-facing text. A public submission goes through review.
Referral partnerships have a separate application and payment agreement. A character's popularity does not by itself establish a creator payout.
Company and account questions
Use support@nectar.ai for a private account question. Include enough detail to identify the problem without sending passwords or verification codes.
For partnership questions, use the affiliate application rather than a public character comment. Keep the relevant campaign or account reference with your request.
