What you can control, and where limits remain
| Feature | Available control | Keep in mind |
|---|---|---|
| Conversation | Reply length, custom instructions and chat model selection | A setting is a preference, not a guarantee of identical replies. |
| Memory | Custom facts and important memories | Recent context is finite. A new conversation does not inherit the old memories. |
| Characters | Personality, greeting, voice and additional traits | Hair, eyes, ethnicity and body type are fixed at creation. |
| Visuals | Companion selection, scene prompt and model options | Generation results vary, and another attempt may carry a charge. |

Try the part you expect to use regularly
For a story, keep one companion and scene for several exchanges. Notice whether replies follow the latest action, respect the character's personality and leave you a useful next move.
For a picture, compare the result with the selected character and prompt. Record the model and cost of revisions. Keep a text-chat impression separate from the cost of generating a clip or starting a call.
A purchase or account problem needs a private report
Send support the action, approximate time, visible error and receipt reference for a billing problem. Public reviews and Reddit discussions are not the right place for passwords, full card details or verification codes.
If a result arrives after an error, mention that in the report so the request can be identified.
