Nectar Credits and LOVE are not the same balance
Nectar Credits are used for paid actions in the companion service. The Love Island conversion screen describes LOVE as an in-game token for its own experience.
Do not assume that a token can be withdrawn, sold or used to pay for ordinary image and chat actions. Read the current conversion and game conditions before moving a balance.
Read the current beta screen
The published Love Island page has Swap, Play and FAQ navigation and describes access to a companion experience built with the Autonomous World Engine and MegaETH.
A beta screen can change. Use the amount, conversion terms and access requirements shown for your account rather than an older campaign or a screenshot.
- Check which balance will be reduced.
- Check the LOVE amount and any minimum displayed.
- Read whether the conversion can be reversed.
- Confirm what the converted balance can be used for.
Keep game access separate from companion chat
You can return to the companion catalogue or an existing conversation without treating LOVE as a requirement for ordinary chat. Use the subscription and credit controls for those features.
If you need help with a conversion, record the time, amount, account reference and visible result. Share those details through private support.
