Browser and support information
Loading a page sends request information to the hosting service, including the requested address and connection details. Information you email to support is used to understand and respond to that enquiry. Keep passwords and full card details out of messages.
Saved preferences
The catalogue stores saved character hearts and your language preference in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data removes those saved preferences from that browser.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and interactions. Its tag can use cookies to distinguish visits and sessions and sends measurement information to Google. Your browser settings can restrict cookies; private browsing does not by itself prevent measurement.
Privacy questions
Email support with the type of request and enough information to identify the relevant account or enquiry. Verification may be needed before account information can be disclosed or removed.
