Review the model and selected output settings before confirming an action. Images, video and calls can have different usage costs; a plan's conversation context does not describe its media allowance.
Offers and purchase details

A missing allowance or an unexpected charge
Keep the receipt and the time of the transaction. Send the account email and purchase reference to support privately so the relevant transaction can be identified.
