Access & plans

Sign in to your Nectar account

Open chats to sign in or create an account when prompted. If you are returning, use the same sign-in method you used for your original account.

Open chats

Open sign-in from the chat application

A sign-in prompt may appear when you start a conversation. Read the option labels carefully, especially if you previously used a provider such as Google rather than an email-and-password form.

  1. Select Open chats below.
  2. Choose the sign-in option offered by the application.
  3. Complete the required fields and finish any requested verification.
  4. Check your account and previous conversations before making a purchase.

Missing credits or conversations? Check the account first

Compare the signed-in email or provider with the one used for the original purchase. Keep the receipt available if your balance or subscription looks different.

Avoid creating another account simply because an existing sign-in is not loading. Record the error and the method you selected so support can help you identify the problem.

Keep sign-in details private

Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details in a support message. A useful report names the browser, device, sign-in method and visible error without including a secret.

If you use a shared device, sign out before leaving. Clearing site cookies can also sign you out, so make sure you know how to return to the account first.
